When my grandmother moved to The Medallion from another assisted living community she became like her old self again. She has regained her leadership position – which my family never thought she would. She led a very active life in St. Louis but when she moved to Houston she became stagnated. The Medallion staff has helped her find outlets to become active again. She loves being with other Jewish seniors and sharing their heritage.
